• Seafood on Ice: Slipper lobster, mud crab, oysters (weekend dinner only), prawns, scallops, and more, served with zesty condiments

• Live Cooking Stations: Watch as chefs prepare sambal seafood grill, succulent satay, and customisable Singapore Laksa.

• Global and Asian Delicacies: From salmon sashimi and Lamb Rendang to Singapore Chilli Crab and Nasi Kunyit, there’s something for every palate.
