Join us on 26 April, Saturday for a culinary collaboration as Chef Dinesh of Wooloomooloo and Chef Max of The Eight come together for a Four Hands Sunset BBQ – a celebration of prime meats, sensational seafood, good vibes and even better drinks.
Feast on smoky cuts fresh off the grill, from Wooloomooloo’s signature smash burgers to premium New Zealand and Australian meats, plus ocean-fresh tiger prawns and mud crabs. With a salad bar and starters to balance things out, it’s a semi-buffet designed for you to try a bit of everything. Raise a glass—or a few—with free-flow draught beer, house-pour wines, prosecco, frozen slushies, Aperol fizz, and zesty sangrias that keep the good vibes going.
As the DJ spins from sunset to starlight, take a dip with complimentary pool access and dine alfresco under the stars, surrounded by city lights and great company.
Guests may bring along their swimming gear and enjoy complimentary access to the swimming pool with advance reservations made.
