Set against the picturesque poolside, The Eight and Wooloomooloo Steakhouse Singapore present an extraordinary Four-Hands BBQ Dinner experience that blends gourmet flavours with a relaxing alfresco ambiance at Fairmont Singapore. Enjoy a tantalising selection of grilled specialties, fresh seafood and indulgent desserts prepared by the Head Chefs of The Eight and Wooloomooloo Steakhouse Singapore.

Savour the rich flavours of Sanchoku Wagyu Tomahawk, the signature Wooloomooloo Smash Burger and the beloved Singapore Pepper Crab, all expertly crafted over open flames. Complement your feast with a variety of home-baked breads, crisp salads and an assortment of handcrafted sauces to elevate your dining experience.

Unwind with decadent treats like Grand Cru Cocoa Mousse and Pomelo Lime Muscat Jelly, perfectly capping off an evening of culinary indulgence by the water.

Guests may bring along their swimming gear and enjoy complimentary access to the swimming pool with advance reservations made.
