Terms & Conditions*- The ALL - Accor Live Limitless terms and conditions of membership apply to this offer, and you must be an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member to benefit from it.
- ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are entitled to a 20% Reward point bonus on eligible stays at participating hotels when they book eligible rates via the ALL.com mobile app (available on iOS and Android), regardless of their membership status.
- Points are earned based on the value of points credited to the member by the hotel following an eligible stay, in accordance with the ALL - Accor Live Limitless general conditions of use and based on Classic status.
- This Reward point bonus is offered in addition to the Reward points and Status points usually earned by the member when completing an eligible stay in accordance with the ALL - Accor Live Limitless terms and conditions of membership. The stay booked and completed following a reservation through the ALL.com mobile application is eligible for Reward point credit, subject to the conditions of the offer.
- This offer is valid for a member's stay from 1 June 2024 to 30 June 2025 at one of the participating hotels, and must be booked between 1 June 2024 and 17 October 2024 until 11:59 p.m. (Central European Time (UTC+1)). Stays booked at hotels in Ukraine or Russia are not eligible for this offer.
- All consecutive stays (same day check-out and check-in) at the same hotel will be considered as one stay and will be eligible for the offer only once.
- A stay is considered one (1) reservation by an ALL programme member for one or more rooms. In other words, reservations including more than one (1) room will be taken as a single (1) stay. The earliest departure date is taken into account when calculating Reward points credited.
- To be eligible for this offer, the stays may only be booked via the ALL.com mobile application. Stays booked via another booking platform including the http://www.all.com website, direct hotels or our Accor reservation offices, a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agent (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.) will not be eligible for this offer.
- Members must provide their ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty card number when booking and present the card at the hotel reception during check-in.
- Reward points will be credited to the member's account within 10 days of the member's departure.
- This offer can be combined with other ongoing promotional offers or benefits, but does not apply to groups. If the stay meets the conditions of multiple offers, only the Reward points associated with the most generous offer (the one that allows you to earn the highest number of Reward points) will be credited to your account. Onefinestay bookings are not eligible for this offer.
- Any stay entirely paid with ALL - Accor Live Limitless Reward points will not be eligible for this offer.
- This offer is subject to availability. The general terms and conditions of sale apply to the public rates specifically reserved for each hotel. Accor, the participating hotels and/or the partners of this offer decline all liability in the event of the non-performance or unavailability of the offer due to an external and unavoidable event rendering performance by Accor, the participating hotels and/or the partners of this impossible or disproportionately restrictive offer. Customers or members will not be entitled to any compensation and the benefits of the offer (including Reward points) will not be issued/credited if the offer cannot be implemented in these circumstances.
