Celebrate Singapore’s 60 Years of Independence through Culinary Art
Join us at ANTI:DOTE for a one-of-a-kind high tea experience in collaboration with Ode to Art and inspired by the works of Lim Tze Peng, one of Singapore’s most celebrated artists. Immerse yourself in a curated menu that blends artistry with culinary innovation, paying homage to Lim Tze Peng's legacy and Singapore’s rich heritage.
The high tea menu celebrates the artistry of Lim Tze Peng through imaginative dishes inspired by his iconic works. Savour the Smoked Salmon Blinis, featuring the calligraphy character "家" (home), symbolising warmth and family. The Boston Lobster Popiah elevates a beloved local dish with luxurious lobster and bright pickled carrots, while the Poached Chicken with Puffed Rice reinterprets Hainanese chicken rice with a modern twist.
Nostalgia meets innovation with creations like the Sampan, evoking Lim Tze Peng's Singapore River paintings, and Harmony, a delicately crafted dish inspired by his artwork 家和万事兴 (Harmony in the Home Leads to Prosperity), symbolising unity and familial peace. The menu also highlights the Pomelo Delight, celebrating good fortune and happiness with a creative nod to Lim’s Chinatown-inspired works.
The beverages are just as inspired, blending art with flavour. A Life of Art, a tropical cocktail featuring Coconut & Pandan Rum and Banana Liqueur, celebrates the vibrant energy of Lim Tze Peng’s legacy. For a refreshing non-alcoholic option, the Singapore River Mocktail combines cucumber, mint, and lemon with an edible blue paint detail that evokes the flowing ripples of the river, paying homage to his iconic depictions of Singapore’s waterways.

Time: 3pm to 5pm (Monday - Friday); 12pm to 2pm and 3pm to 5pm (Saturday & Sunday)
The high tea experience is priced at $68++ per adult with a choice of two non-alcoholic beverages (mocktail, coffee, or tea) and $35++ per child (6 to 12 years old).
To celebrate Becoming Lim Tze Peng, the artist’s first major local institutional show since 2003, National Gallery Insiders can enjoy 10% off the high tea menu by presenting their membership card or e-card via the app. The exhibition runs until 23 March 2025 at the National Gallery which is an 8-minute walk from Fairmont Singapore.
Guests who have made a reservation for ANTI:DOTE’s Lim Tze Peng-Inspired High Tea will be automatically eligible to participate in an exclusive sweepstake with a chance to win a limited edition Lim Tze Peng memorabilia curated by Ode to Art.
