Turn your greens into a tasty drink! We are kicking off by sharing with you a wonderful Green Power Smoothie, made of fresh ingredients from Fairmont Singapore’s urban aquaponics garden. You can easily find these ingredients from supermarkets and make it at home.
Ingredients: 2 Whole Apples, 1 Cup of Coconut Water, 1 Cup Spinach, 1 Cup of Romaine Lettuce, 1 Cup Kangkong (Water Spinach), 1/2 Cup Basil, Honey (Optional)
Method:
1. Chop 2 Whole Apples to smaller cubes.
2. Add chopped Apples, Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Kangkong, and Basil into the blender.
3. Add ice cubes into the blender.
4. Blend all the ingredients, then set aside.
5. Ready to serve.
