In line with our eco-conscious approach, surplus pineapple from the cocktail bar is blended into a purée and transformed into a gel used for garnishing purposes. This cocktail delivers an unforgettable taste while also minimising food waste.
Meanwhile, at SKAI Bar, savour the sophisticated Smokey Black Out cocktail. Crafted with Monkey Shoulder Smokey Whisky, homemade lemon and orange cordial liquor, caramel cognac, and umami bitters, this smoky beverage is a bold tribute to Earth Hour.
