Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford invite you to raise a glass to Earth Hour 2024 with us from 23 to 31 March 2024. We’re commemorating this meaningful green cause with a unique selection of earth hour-inspired cocktails crafted by our talented mixologists at ANTI:DOTE and SKAI Bar. Come savour these exclusive drinks and indulge in an eco-friendly experience that supports our hotels’ commitment to sustainability.

ANTIDOTE

At ANTI:DOTE, enjoy the refreshing and sustainable Tropic Elixir cocktail. This delightful drink features The Lost Explorer Espadin, dry sherry, burnt pineapple, yogurt, lime bitters, and coconut soda. In line with our eco-conscious approach, surplus pineapple from the cocktail bar is blended into a purée and transformed into a gel used for garnishing purposes. This cocktail delivers an unforgettable taste while also minimising food waste.

SKAI Bar

Meanwhile, at SKAI Bar, savour the sophisticated Smokey Black Out cocktail. Crafted with Monkey Shoulder Smokey Whisky, homemade lemon and orange cordial liquor, caramel cognac, and umami bitters, this smoky beverage is a bold tribute to Earth Hour. The unused lemon and orange peel from the cocktail bar are repurposed to create the homemade cordial, showcasing our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to experience these earth hour-inspired cocktails at ANTI:DOTE and SKAI Bar this March!
