Bring festive joy and culinary delight to your home with our three Christmas bundles, designed to make gatherings with friends and family effortless.
1. Holiday Harmony Bundle ($248 for 8 dishes, serving 4 to 6 people) which includes a delicious array of roast meats, sides, and sweets. Wood-fire Roasted Poulet with rosemary jus, Tangy Honey Cinnamon Glazed Ham with apple sauce and honey pineapple gravy, Roasted Winter Root Vegetables with maple glaze, Buttered Brussel Sprouts with bacon and chestnut and Aquaponics Green Salad with endive, spinach, radicchio, heirloom tomatoes, toasted almonds nibs and a kaffir lime cranberry dressing. Complete the meal with classic Christmas sweets including Traditional Brandy Rum Fruit Cake and Christmas Stollen with Sicilian almond paste.
Natale con Prego Christmas Bundle
2. Natale con Prego Christmas Bundle ($328 for 8 dishes, serving 4 people), curated by Prego’s new Italian Chef, Davide Bizzarri. This bundle brings the warmth of a traditional Italian festive feast to your home, featuring Air-flown Puglia Burrata Cheese ‘Artigiana’ with heirloom tomato salad, Prego’s signature tuscan kale pesto, leccino olives, and an aquaponic salad made from ingredients found at the hotel’s own rooftop farm. Enjoy a sharing platter of Tagliere, showcasing the finest Italian cold cuts and cheeses, including parma ham, mortadella, coppa, parmigiano reggiano, gorgonzola, olives, walnuts, balsamic onions, and gherkins. The feast continues with Polpette—inhouse cured pork sausage meatballs with a rich marinara sauce—and Homemade Lasagne with Wagyu beef and porcini mushrooms. For the mains, savour Prosciutto, a roasted glazed smoked ham with Pommery mustard sauce, and Guancia, red wine slow-braised Wagyu beef cheeks. End on a sweet note with a Grand Cru Chocolate Yule Log featuring orange confiture, chocolate cream, Genoa sponge, cocoa crunch, and a Basque Parmesan Cheesecake.

This bundle features a Chestnut and Spinach Turkey Roulade with truffle gravy, a Tangy Honey Cinnamon Glazed Ham with apple sauce and honey pineapple gravy, and a Wood-fire Roasted Poulet with rosemary jus. Accompanying the mains is an array of sides, including Buttered Brussel Sprouts with bacon and chestnuts and Heirloom Potato Salad with quail egg, bacon, and pickled onion dressing. End the feast on a sweet note with a Traditional Brandy Rum Fruit Cake and the indulgent Grand Cru Chocolate Yule Log.
JAAN’s Golden Kristal Caviar with Krug Grand Cuvée Champagne
All menu items, including the roast meats, sides, and sweets, are also available to be ordered à la carte. New this year is a special offering from the two-Michelin-starred JAAN by Kirk Westaway: Golden Kristal Caviar (125g), the same beloved caviar featured in his seasonal menus, served with traditional condiments including freshly baked cocktail blinis, chopped shallots, chives and crème fraîche; all to be paired with a bottle of Krug Grande Cuvée Champagne ($888).
Gingerbread House, Swissôtel Sleigh & Fairmont Christmas Wreath
Three new dessert items take centre stage: a Gingerbread House ($120), the ‘Swissôtel Sleigh‘ ($90/1kg), featuring intense raspberry confit, elderflower lychee coulis, chantilly cream, and gluten-free sponge, and the Fairmont Christmas Wreath ($90/1kg), which combines caramel apple cinnamon, mascarpone cheese cream, and almond Genoa sponge.
Christmas Bonbon Pralines & Traditional Brandy Rum Fruit Cake
The Christmas at Home collection features a sweet line-up of confectionery, perfect for gifting or enjoying at home. This selection includes mini cakes such as the beloved Traditional Brandy Rum Fruit Cake ($25/300 grams), Swiss Chocolate Moulleux, Hazelnut Praline Crunch ($25/300 grams), and Basque Parmesan Cheesecake ($25/300 grams). Additional take-home options include Christmas Bonbon Pralines ($25/10 pieces), adorable festive Macarons ($25/8 pieces), seasonal Orange Raisin Chocolate Financiers ($25/8 pieces), and rich, satisfying Chocolate Roasted Almond Strips ($25/10 pieces for 130 grams).
All items are available for collection or delivery. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Self-collection is available from 25 November to 20 December 2024 at Prego on Level 1 of Fairmont Singapore, and from 21 December to 25 December 2024 at Level 4, Raffles City Convention Centre’s Orchard Room, between 10am and 8pm. Complimentary delivery is offered with purchases over SGD 200. Enjoy a special early-bird discount of up to 15% off for orders placed by 20 December 2024.
