Celebrate the spirit of Ramadan with an authentic Halal-certified buffet at Asian Market Café, Fairmont Singapore, curated by Chef Ariff Mohamad. Indulge in a lavish spread featuring:

• Slow Roast Spiced Whole Lamb – marinated overnight, slow-cooked for four hours, and carved to order
• Lamb & Chicken Arabic Rice – tender, aromatic meats served with house-made condiments
• New Iftar Station – featuring fresh dates, salads, mezze, and Bubur Lambok, a traditional lamb porridge
• Signature Chilli Crab, Satay & Lobster Laksa – iconic favourites with a refined touch

Located near the prayer rooms at Fairmont Singapore, the call to prayer is broadcast at sundown daily during Ramadan.

Available from now until 20 April 2025, the Ramadan Iftar Buffet Dinner at Asian Market Café runs from 6 pm to 10 pm with the following pricing:

• Monday – Thursday: S$98++ per adult | S$49++ per child
• Friday – Sunday: S$108++ per adult | S$54++ per child

A special lunch buffet is also available from now until 3 March and 29 March to 20 April:

• Monday – Friday (12 pm – 2.30 pm): S$78++ per adult | S$39++ per child
• Saturday & Sunday (12 pm – 3 pm): S$78++ per adult | S$39++ per child
