The anticipated ‘Christmas at Home‘ by Fairmont Singapore returns with a curated selection of festive favourites and exclusives by the award-winning culinary teams at Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford. From gastronomic festive collections, gourmet delicacies to thoughtful gift sets, this seasonal edition from Fairmont at Home will elevate your festive celebrations and make Christmas hosting a breeze.

Fill your homes with festive joy and deliciousness with our three Christmas bundles. The first is a Soirée Christmas Bundle ($294 for 8 dishes, serving 4 to 6 people) which includes a delicious array of roast meats, sides, and sweets. Wood-Fire Roasted Poulet with rosemary jus, Tangy Honey Cinnamon Glazed Ham with roasted winter root vegetables, Buttered Brussel Sprouts with bacon and chestnut, and Aquaponics Green Salad with endive, spinach, radicchio, heirloom tomatoes, almonds and cranberries. Complete the meal with classic Christmas sweets including Traditional Brandy Rum Fruit Cake and Christmas Stollen with Sicilian almond paste.

Invite guests to a delightful Christmas feast with the Uniquely Christmas Bundle ($466 for 9 dishes, serving 6 to 8 people). This bundle features a Chorizo and Sunblush Tomato Turkey Roulade with Truffle Gravy, a Tangy Honey Cinnamon Glazed Ham and an array of sides; including Buttered Brussel Sprouts with Bacon & Chestnuts and Truffle Mashed Potatoes with Parmigiano & Chives. End the feast with both Traditional Brandy Rum Fruit Cake and the indulgent Grand Cru Chocolate Yule Log.

Indulge in a traditional feast of Slow Roasted Tom Turkey, Roasted Australia Grain-Fed Lamb Leg, and a trio of sides with the Traditional Christmas Bundle ($768 for 10 dishes, serving 8 people). Sides and salads feature an Antipasti Salad, Peruvian Quinoa and Vegetable Salad, Truffle Mashed Potatoes and more. Top it off with a selection of desserts, including Grand Cru Chocolate Yule Log and Santa’s Booties with Lychee & Rose Macarons.

All menu items, including the roast meats, sides, and sweets, are also available as à la carte orders.

Adding to the celebratory spirit, the Christmas at Home collection includes a line-up of confectionery offering an array of treats for at-home enjoyment or gifting. This selection includes the Christmas Bonbon Pralines (8 pieces for $55), adorable Santa’s Booties paired with Lychee & Rose Macarons (1 pair of booties with 10 macarons for $55), aromatic Juniper Almond Financiers ($48 for 130 grams), and rich and satisfying Chocolate Roasted Almond Strips ($48 for 130 grams).

All items are available for collection or delivery. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required and self-collection is available from 23 November to 21 December 2023 at Prego on Level 1 of Fairmont Singapore; and from 22 December to 25 December 2023 at Level 4, Raffles City Convention Centre. There is complimentary delivery with a minimum spend of $300.
