Raffles City Convention Centre is committed to providing a safe and healthful workplace for all team members, customers and business partners, empowering our team members with enhanced cleaning procedures and support in alignment with our commitment to safety.

While restrictions are easing, physical distancing and technology considerations will remain an essential part of meeting safely. Our meeting designs, room layout, and traffic flow have been redesigned to align with evolving governmental and local venue guidelines.

As part of Accor, we have also implemented the ALLSAFE label and are following a set of stringent global cleanliness and operational standards that have been developed with and vetted by Bureau Veritas, a world leader in testing, inspections and certification.

Raffles City Convention Centre has also been awarded the SG SafeEvent Certification by the Singapore Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers (SACEOS). This certification proves that we conduct our events in a safe and responsible manner beyond what is covered under the government-mandated Safe Management Measures (SMM) and complements the STB’s Safe Business Events (SBE) framework.

For more information about safe meeting practices at Raffles City Convention Centre, managed by Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford, please download our ALLMeetSafe Guidelines.
