Sanitation and Hygiene Measures at our Restaurants

To ensure your safety and wellbeing, we have implemented stringent cleaning standards and operational protocols at all our venues. Please be assured that maintaining the safety, health and wellbeing of our teams, guests and community is of paramount importance to us.

DINING PARTY SIZE 

  • From 29 March 2022, dining-in is allowed for groups of up to 10 persons. All must be fully vaccinated, have recovered from COVID-19, are medically ineligible for COVID-19 vaccines under the National Vaccination Programme or are children aged 12 years and below. Children between 7 to 12 years old will be required to present photo ID with birthdate for verification purposes.
  • Unvaccinated individuals will not be able to take a negative Pre-Event Test (PET) to dine-in at F&B establishments.
  • As of 1 January this year, those who have recovered from COVID-19, but are not fully vaccinated, will only be given a 180-day exemption after infection to enter and dine-in at F&B establishments.
  • Persons aged 18 and above will have to take a booster shot within 270 days of completing their primary vaccination series (two doses of mRNA or three doses of the Sinovac, Sinopharm vaccine) in order to maintain a fully vaccinated status; applicable to those whose final vaccine dose was taken on 20 May 2021 or before.
  • Those who have not reached the nine-month expiry on the stipulated date of 14 February, or who are medically ineligible for boosters should get an mRNA booster no later than 270 days after completing their primary vaccination series.
  • Diners will be required to present proof of vaccination status via the Trace Together or Health Hub app.

CLEAN HANDS ARE SAFE HANDS
We have installed additional hand sanitizers at Fairmont Singapore, and we encourage every guest to use them as we continue to build a safe environment. Practise good personal hygiene by washing your hands for at least 30 seconds with soap and water regularly.

CONTACTLESS SERVICES
Cashless and contactless payments are available to minimise touch. For takeaway and delivery, you can order online and opt for island-wide delivery or pick up from Fairmont Singapore.

DIGITAL MENUS
Diners can access our menus using QR codes.
